Welcome to the Allegiance website for O’Reilly Limited Medical Plan participants. O’Reilly is excited to partner with Cigna’s TPA Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. (Allegiance) to administer the Limited Medical Plan. Allegiance is a third-party administrator focused on accurate and timely claims processing with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. As partners, we will work together to provide a high quality health plan to O’Reilly staff and their eligible dependents.
The Limited Plan is designed to offer a benefit at lower monthly premiums with a limited number of services. Allegiance will process all the medical claims and Cigna Pharmacy will process all the pharmacy claims.
