Welcome to the Allegiance website for the City of McKinney's medical and dental plans. Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. processes medical and dental claims for McKinney health plan members, utilizing CIGNA's medical and dental provider networks to obtain valuable discounts on provider services. Allegiance also administers the City's health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs), as well as COBRA and Retiree continuation coverage for the City's health plan.

Pharmacy benefits included with City's medical plan are administered by MaxorPlus, but information about MaxorPlus is provided on the Allegiance ID card. For more information about prescription benefits, click on the link to the Maxor Website.

Enrollment in the City's medical plan also includes healthcare "navigation" or "concierge" services from Compass Professional Health Services.
