• SSM Good Samaritan, Mt. Vernon, IL
• SSM St. Mary’s, Centralia, IL
• Union County Hospital in Anna, IL (including the Convenient Care Clinic)
• Western Baptist, Paducah, KY

The CIGNA Open Access Plus Network includes physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers throughout the United States. These providers will process at the in-network benefit percentage level. If your provider is listed above as excluded but also shows in the Cigna OAP search, note that the services will be excluded unless it is a true emergency. Please note that some providers listed under (Cigna Open Access Plus Network) may also be listed as a (SIH facility/QHP) provider.

For Home Health and Durable Medical Equipment, please utlize EviCore by calling them at 800-298-4806. EviCore providers will be paid at the QHP network level.

PAS (PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES)
Each of us experience demands for our time and energy, both on the job and off. The key to balancing it all is having access to the right tools, resources, and support. Personal Assistance Services is a free and confidential life event service that helps you and your dependent family members with virtually any life need. This is a pre-paid benefit funded by SIH.

Personal Assistance Services (PAS) provides you with a wealth of confidential, professional services that can help you address challenges and strengthen your work and home life. PAS services are free. Should your PAS consultant suggest a referral to a specialist or longer-term care provider, services outside of PAS are your financial responsibility. Your PAS consultant will assist you in arranging for ongoing services, if needed.

If you are a full time, part time, or per diem employee, you and your eligible dependents can receive PAS’ services.
