Network Providers are organizations that include local physicians and healthcare
professionals in your area. A network provider is not an insurance company or
HMO.
Rather, it is a collection of healthcare providers who agree to submit claim forms
on your behalf and accept an agreed-upon payment so you do not acquire any surprise
bills.
You will be responsible for any remaining deductible or coinsurance outside of what
the plan pays for Eligible Charges.
If you are traveling out of the area and need medical attention or live outside the area,
